Primary Advantage Federation is seeking to appoint excellent applicants like you to train through our various training routes:
We offer two main routes:
- IOE Lead Partner Direct non-salaried tuition route with the Institute of Education, UCL leading to PGCE with QTS (options to follow Maths Specialist route, Primary General or Primary Early Years)
- Post Graduate Apprenticeship with London Metropolitan University ( for applicants with minimum 3 years of work experience, usually in a school) – employment based route leading to QTS- Qualified Teacher Status, and PGCE
